A few things to know before booking:
Delivery requires a $100 minimum order. We recommend reaching out 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for custom designs and busy event dates.

Booking Agreement:


For orders under $500, full payment is required to secure your booking.


For orders $500 and over, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date. Your date is not confirmed until the required payment has been received and may remain available for other bookings until then.


Any remaining balance is due 5 days before your event date. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking.


All rental equipment and reusable decor provided by One Love Balloons remain the property of One Love Balloons. The client is responsible for any loss or damage and may be charged the full replacement cost.
